General Agreement
By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Happy Bichon Frise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility to Purchase
- Buyers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.
- By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have the capacity and resources to care for the pet responsibly.
Health Guarantee
- All pets are sold with a health guarantee (as outlined on our Health Guarantee page).
- Buyers must schedule a veterinary examination for their new pet within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48–72 hours] of purchase to validate the guarantee.
- We are not responsible for health issues arising from poor care, neglect, or failure to follow recommended veterinary advice after the purchase.
Deposit and Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a pet.
- Full payment must be made before the pet is released to the buyer.
- Accepted payment methods are outlined at checkout.
Refund and Return Policy
- Pets are living beings, and therefore, all sales are final.
- Refunds are not offered unless the pet is found to have a verified health condition covered by the Health Guarantee.
- If you are unable to care for the pet, we will work with you to rehome it but do not guarantee a refund.
Delivery and Pick-Up
- Pets may be picked up in person or delivered to your location if available. Delivery fees will apply and vary by location.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for the pet upon delivery or pick-up.
Buyer Responsibilities
- By purchasing a pet, you agree to provide a loving, safe, and healthy environment.
- You must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership.
- Regular veterinary care, proper nutrition, and training are essential for the well-being of your pet.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the purchase of a pet will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws. Legal action may be taken if mediation fails.
